From his straw hat to his denim overalls this guy oozed Tennesse mountain tradition. He entertained us with the history and process of making the best single barrel whiskey in the world...which you cannot buy on Sunday (The day of our visit).Best quote from the tour while describing the barrelling process, "Smell that, that's the best smelling bung hole you'll ever smell".
